There is nothing more exciting than zipping your sweater up as you watch the leaves change. But I’m secretly most excited about eating all the fall flavored things, and I’m already counting down the days until Thanksgiving! 

I’m guilty of being a pumpkin spice lover. Pumpkin pie, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin bread, pumpkin lotion, pumpkin room fresheners, and pumpkin spice lattes. It’s not a drink for everyone, but everyone can’t stop talking about it. Do you want to enjoy the flavors of fall without sipping on a pumpkin spice latte? 

Here’s 5 more delicious fall drinks to enjoy at Starbucks!

1. Caramel Apple Spice

This is ranked number one because it’s my favorite. A good apple cider is already pretty festive, but adding the caramel makes it taste a little more exciting. A caramel apple always makes me think of Halloween. It’s a great hot drink alternative if you don’t drink coffee, and it’s also game changer for cranky kids. Add some whipped cream and a caramel drizzle if you’re feeling fancy. Enjoy!

2. Chile Mocha

Have you ever had chocolate and chili? The combination of sugar and spice is surprisingly pleasant, and still very sweet. Starbucks has taken note of this and created the Chile Mocha. What’s in it? Cocoa, spice, and steamed milk on espresso. Don’t forget the works on this drink! It’s topped with whipped cream, chili pepper, sea salt, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, paprika, and sugar. The perfect mix of salty, spicy, and sweet. Not convinced? I tried it, and it’s good. Promise.

Mix this one up by getting it iced or as a frappuccino! I think it’s best hot.


3. Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino

So we’ve established that we love a combination of salty and sweet things. Especially if it involves chocolate and caramel. This Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino is a blend of mocha, steamed milk, and espresso. The whipped cream is topped with a caramel syrup drizzle, and turbinado sugar and salt. Sip it to stay cool if you work in a warm office, or if you’re unfazed by a Utah winter. Now say "Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino" ten times fast! 

You can get this in hot mocha form, but the cool kids (the Baristas) tell me it’s better as a blended and frozen. 

4. Oprah Cinnamon Chai Tea

If Queen Oprah herself is behind this drink then I am behind this drink! This black tea is the essence of fall with hints of Cinnamon, Ginger, Carob Pieces, Black Pepper, Natural Flavoring, Chicory Root, Rooibos, Cloves, and Cardamom.

Not only is this tea delicious, but 25 cents of each purchase goes to the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation, which helps young people get a quality education. Want something more creamy? Get this tea in latte form!


5. Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate

Okay, it’s OCTOBER so I had to include something pumpkin spice! Chocolate and pumpkin were made to be together, promise. Have the barista add a pump or two of pumpkin spice to your hot cocoa and enjoy this fresh take on a cold weather classic! I might even dare you to enjoy with a slice of pumpkin chocolate chip bread. 

Dairy free? Starbucks has now added almond milk to the menu! It’s a house made and has a unique flavor you can only get at Starbucks. It’s delicious! You can also try their coconut milk, I'm a huge fan! 



So zip that sweater up and get ready to experience fall, even if you're sipping on your Starbucks in a cubicle.
